ASD Limited (trading as Kloeckner Metals UK) appointed RGC as Employer’s Agent & Quantity Surveyors to manage the design, construction, demolition and adaption of their newly acquired existing warehouse to provide a new distribution facility.
The scope of works comprised: outboard office accommodation, HGV service yards, car parking, foul, storm and attenuation drainage, incoming services and the specialist fit-out of gantry supports and overhead cranes.
