PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

After joining R G Commercial in August 2018, Eamonn successfully completed a Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship Course at Wolverhampton University, achieving a First Class Honours in Quantity Surveying in July 2023. He was also awarded the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying Prize in recognition of being the most outstanding student.

He is very enthusiastic and driven, which is demonstrated through his logical and methodical approach to work, helping him achieve positive outcomes for our Clients.

Eamonn has considerable experience in bill production, measurement take offs and tender analysis utilising Conquest software and the successful placement of works packages for our projects.

Assisting the Partner Directors with workflow to achieve project deadlines & our objectives.
Liaison with Clients & management of company cashflow and expenditure.
Measurement and the production of Bills of Quantities.
Producing, issuing, and managing Invitation to Tender Packages.
