PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

I am currently in my 3rd year of my Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship at Wolverhampton University. This part time course has provided me with an excellent foundation in respect to Quantity Surveying and compliments the ongoing mentoring provided by both Brendan and Steve whilst working alongside them at our Birmingham offices.

I am a very focused, enthusiastic individual and it is important for me to have a logical and methodical approach to my work. This helps me to achieve positive outcomes for our clients. Whilst I am driven to get things right the first time, the construction industry is full of surprises and being adaptive to change has become second nature.

I the RG Commercial team in August 2018 and my key responsibilities include the following: –

General office duties including IT and accountancy support.
Liaison with all clients and client facing duties.
Assisting with compiling Invitations to Tender.
Assisting with measurement and the production of Bills of Quantities
Placement of sub-contract works orders for client directs.
Tender analysis.
