RGC were appointed by Abode Consultancy to provide an elemental development cost plan and for which our detailed report covered the following: project overview, information provided & objectives, elemental cost plan, cost plan qualifications, project risks, an indication of construction duration and an estimate of on-costs to include preliminaries, fees, insurances, abnormals, contingencies, risk, inflation & overheads.
The proposed project was a residential-led mixed use scheme to consist of a series of high-rise blocks to provide c. 400 residential dwellings, ground floor work space, retail units, parking, public realm, public open-spaces and courtyards.
