GEM Construction – Design & Construction Tender Submission
RGC were appointed by Gem construction to provide commercial support to ensure that a competitive tender was submitted for this project on or before before the return date. Our scope of services comprised: provide bills of quantities, issue Invitation to Tender Works Packages, analysis of all quotations quotations received, preliminaries calculation, populating the Tender Sum Analysis and producing the Final Tender Clarifications Document.
This project was quite challenging in that it involved the strip out, refurbishment and extension of an existing office building constructed in the 1960’s to create new one, two and three bedroom apartments, retail spaces, offices, fitness and ancillary spaces. The development also included external works, drainage, incoming mains, boundary treatments and some works outside of the site boundary.
