RGC are pleased to announce that Eamonn Gilhooly who joined us in September 2018 has achieved the degree of Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Quantity Surveying on the 06th July 2023. He was also awarded the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (RICS) Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying Prize in recognition of being the most outstanding Commercial and Management and Quantity Surveying student.

R G Commercial Limited have been employed by Kloeckner Metals UK Limited as Employers Agent, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to deliver in 2021, their new 114,000 square foot regional distribution centre at Weston Avenue, West Thurrock, Essex.
This exiting new Design and Build project is planned to commence in the new Year and the project team comprises; Ashton Smith Associates Ltd (Architect), Pinnacle Consulting Engineers Ltd (Structural & Civil Engineers) and MBA Consulting Engineers Ltd (M&E Engineer)
R G Commercial Limited were employed by Headlam Group Plc as Employers Agent, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to deliver a new 190,000 square foot regional distribution centre at Harris Way, Ipswich along with the management and co-ordination of multiple client directs. Working in collaboration with; the client, Ashton Smith Associates Ltd (Architect), WML Consulting Ltd (Structural & Civil Engineers), MBA Consulting Engineers Ltd (M&E Engineer) Readie Construction Ltd (Main Contractor) and other Stakeholders, the project became operational in July 2020 within budget and on time despite significant challenges including; land remediation, network rail restrictions, compliance with ecological and environmental requirements and limited availability of existing services
